Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your SKIN BY MONICA products, you
must contact us at info@skinbymonica.com prior to returning your
products and a detailed explanation of your comments/concerns. This will
ensure proper handling of your request and refund. However, we will not
accept returns of any open products. We can accept returns only on
unopened resalable items upon approval. This means that the seal or
wrapping on the product must be it place, it can not be opened.
If you return your product without contacting us prior, you will not
receive a refund.
We recommend that you purchase samples if you are trying a product
for the first time. Please note that samples cannot be returned,
refunded or exchanged.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately
upon approval.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We appreciate your business and we are here to assist you in total
satisfaction in our products. Without you we have no business, so your
happiness is our command and we are committed to making the best
possible products.
Because we use no waxes, alcohol, petroleum, parabens, urea or
artificial fragrances (to name a few harmful or potentially harmful
ingredients you will not find in our products), our products may not be
what you are accustomed, but we have our mission and once you have tried
the product and become acquainted to the results after use, we are
confident you will continue using our products forever.
